In this workshop we will build wearable and textile prototypes that sense and respond to a light touch. Special focus will be placed on the location of sensors and actuators; fabrication and integration of the circuit; and developing a satisfying sensor/actuator relationship that maps well physical social interactions.
Materials Provided:
- Hall Effect Sensors
- Resistors
- Vibrating Motor
- Magnets
- Assorted jumper wire, alligator clips, resistors, diodes, etc.
Suggested/Optional:
- Arduino (UNO/Rev3) and USB Cable
- Breadboard
